What you will do
Johnson Controls Global Marine & Offshore Service is specialized in supplying our customers with innovative service-, retrofit- and parts solutions on a global scale. We are a part of Johnson Controls Marine & Offshore, which is a market leader within HVAC/R applications for the marine and offshore industry.
At Johnson Controls Global Marine & Offshore Service, we now have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Norrköping, Sweden as our new Portfolio manager. In this role, you facilitate continuous ideation and development of new or improved service products and solutions, in close collaboration with sales and engineering.
How you will do it

On a daily basis, you continuously collect ideas from internal & external stakeholders. You own and drive the service-product development process and act chairman for the gate reviews. You collect feedback on launched products and ensures that Clients receive product improvements through service bulletins. You develop and drive our Remote diagnostic center. You ensure secure connection and transmission of real-time data. You continuously evaluate the performance of connected chillers and, in close collaboration with sales- and projects, provide solutions that increase operational efficiency.
Finally, you will build and maintain a network of stakeholders – incl. Operations, engineering projects and sales - as well as solicit support from and communicate with the broader Johnson Controls organization to promote customer satisfaction while respecting Johnson Controls strategies, processes and tools.
Your responsibilities in this role include:

Develop and drive our Remote diagnostic center
Secure connectivity and safe transfer of data
Evaluate the performance of connected chillers
Provide solutions that increase operational efficiency
Build and maintain a network of stakeholders
What we look for
Required
Knowledge and experience within the Marine HVAC/R
Knowledge in IT architecture, network, and communication
Innovative and future-focused mindset
Skilled in communication and a team player
Positive, inclusive, and collaborative attitude
Fluency in English and Swedish – written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Preferred
Previous Marine HVAC/R installation & commissioning or service experience
Previous client facing experience in Sales, Projects or Engineering
