Portfolio Manager HR and Payroll Nordics

Do you want to build the most attractive Nordic HR and Payroll solution portfolio? Are you ready to identify market and customer needs and prioritize our software investment in the Nordics? If so – you are the person to take on the new role of Portfolio manager within SD Worx Nordics.

Your role

This role will in collaboration with the segment owner and country manager be responsible for our portfolio (own and partner solutions) This includes:


• revenue planning (new business, upsell, cross-sell))
• mapping revenue targets with offering availability
• ensuring adequate go-to-market and offering-market fit

You will also be responsible for managing a set of offerings for a defined segment. The goal is to drive revenue and pipeline targets while being aligned with customer and market requirements.

In this role you will have a lot of contact with other functions within SD Worxs and with customers. You will be working closely with product managers to execute our roadmap. You will be responsible for the offering and marketing strategy.

Your work


• Outline portfolio at a segment/country level, ensuring the portfolio fits market and client requirements
• Create revenue plans per offering and go-to-market strategy
• Introduce/analyze new ideas and identify new offerings to reach segment revenue targets
• Make product life cycle decisions for SD Worxs Nordics portfolio (buy/sell/partner/transform/retire)
• Oversee offer performance using data, compare results to established goals/forecast, optimize product performance in line with strategies
• Participate in loss/win review (win-loss audit)
• Manage partner relations for solutions and services

About you 

You have a solid understanding of Business-to-Business solutions and are interested in the trends and future of HR and Payroll digitization.

It is a requirement that you have experience from Payroll and HCM solutions. It is important that you are passionate about the business value our solutions can bring customers.

You are a team player and must work closely with Sales, Technology and Marketing to bring our offer to the Nordic markets.

You are able to see the full vision and potential of our portfolio and can create and drive a long-term product and offering strategy.

To succeed in this role, you probably have a +5 year experience from B2B software, preferably in areas related to Payroll and HR solutions. Most likely you have either worked in Product Management, Business Development or Strategic Sales roles.

You have a university degree and at least 10 years of working experience.

About the team

You will belong to the European Portfolios team but will have a dotted line – and be embedded – with our Products and Technology team in the Nordics. You will work closely with other Portfolio Managers but work on a day to day basis with our teams in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
