Portfolio Manager to Digital X

Excited to be part of something new? We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our Digital Innovation & Strategy team in Digital X!   
AFRY is now creating a new unit, Digital X, to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In Digital X we will work with the digital strategy and overall portfolio. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance and operation.  
As Portfolio Manager at Digital Innovation & Strategy, your responsibility is to define and develop the digital strategy within our core sectors. You will work close to Digital X management and with our business divisions to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy.

In collaboration with business divisions develop the digital strategy for our core sectors (infrastructure, food & life science, clean energy, bioindustry)  
In collaboration with Digital X management define the digital strategy for Digital X 
Identify gaps and opportunities in Digital X’s portfolio of digital solutions, and recommend changes to the Digital X management accordingly
Review Digital X’s portfolio development and provide overview of development of AFRY-wide portfolio of digital solutions and recommends solutions to be accelerated in Digital X 
Recommend adjustment of solutions development roadmaps to align the solutions with the strategic target positions and to capture new market opportunities 
Acceleration of innovations/solutions in Digital X’s innovation funnel 
Define needs for creation of novel solutions based on strategic gaps in the solution portfolio 
Define needs for intensified M&A activity based on strategic gaps in the solution portfolio


Who are you?
We are searching for an experienced individual within strategic portfolio management, someone with experience in strategy development, especially digital strategies. To be successful in this role at Digital Strategy & Innovation we think that you have excellent communication- and teamwork skills and you thrive in a coworker- and possibility-oriented environment.  
We value your personality and mindset, as well as previous work experience, a relevant University degree is considered a merit. We also consider experience from one or more of our core transforming segments is preferred (infrastructure, food and life science, bioindustry, clean energy) to be a strong merit.    
Formal requirements  

Seniority in strategy development around digital solutions 
Ability to drive change management in a line organization 
Strong customer focus and results orientation 
Expertise in how digital solutions create value for customers in our core industry sectors 
Good understanding of digital business models and the role AFRY can play in the ecosystem 
Fluent in verbal and written English, Swedish is a merit
