About the job
The main purpose is to create, maintain, grow & lead a global high performance project management & the team focus on automation component standardization. You will be part of the engineering group management team.
Tasks include:
Provide sound servant and agile leadership.
Be responsible for all application wise project forecast, setting the priority, managing the project status board & resource needed planning, delivery with right quality in collaboration with focus managers.
Monitor and maintain the automation backlog in collaboration with BUs for the continuous improvement's requirement in applications standardization.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs.
Be responsible for competitiveness of the solution offered.

What you know
You probably hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer, electronics, electrical / Instrumentation Engineering, or similar discipline in combination with experience within project management & automation standardization. Furthermore, you have a proven track record within people management and possess strong communication skills and experience in working in a cross-cultural and global organization.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
