Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences Dept.of Forest Ecology and Management, SLU, Umeå, Sweden Post doctor positions The Department of Forest Ecology and Management is a new dynamic department within the Faculty of Forest Sciences at SLU, Umeå, Sweden, located in the boreal forest( 15 km from the Baltic Sea), but with activities also in other biomes including tropical ecosystems.The department has about 70 staff members out of which 13 are professors.We regularly publish in highly ranked journals like Nature and Science; have excellent international contacts and technical facilities.SLU in Umeå shares campus with Umeå University.
