Postdoc - Entrepreneurial methods in higher education

This postdoc position aims at developing, applying and researching entrepreneurial methods for higher education preferably also having a focus on sustainable development. The position will be in the midst of a EU network of seven entrepreneurial technical universities who will benefit from research and development done through the postdoc position and the faculty team around it.

Information about the division
The Entrepreneurship and Strategy division conducts research and education into entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, innovation strategy and innovation management. The research to be conducted within the postdoc is part of EU project ENHANCE, investigating Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation (SEI) and the methods that enable SEI.

Major responsibilities
Your responsibility will be to map, develop and evaluate use of entrepreneurial methods in SEI (sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation) initiatives at partner universities. You are supposed to publish research and policy articles around SEI developments at and around partner universities and do teaching within Chalmers entrepreneurship education (see www.entrepreneur.chalmers.se)

Position summary
Full-time temporary employment. The position is limited to a maximum of two years (1+1).

Qualifications
To qualify for the position of postdoc, you must have a doctoral degree relating to SEI (sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation); the degree should generally not be older than three years. You need to have skills in applying entrepreneurial methods into action-based education. Skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods and article publishing withing SEI are mandatory.
