It is important with capacity to interact with stakeholders in research, industry and society. Further, knowledge in distributed generation, micro grids, automation and load control of buildings and/or industrial application is valuable along with skills in modelling, simulation and programming (e.g. Trnsys, Polysun, Homer). Experiences using tools for energy efficiency measures e.g. energy management system as well as knowledge in Swedish buildings standards are important and will be acknowledged. Future Energy is also a multidisciplinary engineering environment where experience of working in multidisciplinary research projects is a merit.
Decisive importance is attached to personal suitability. This includes interest and competence to apply for funding as well as abilities to guide and lead PhD students in a good way.
