Power Architecture

Job description
Power Systems & Products is now looking for a Power Architecture and System Developer with an interest in power requirements, architecture, and systems. Your main task is to perform studies and analysis of power systems and create requirements with the target to build a coherent power architecture. You will interact with several technical disciplines, such as Board Power Design, Product Management, Networks System, etc. We work in agile teams with highly skilled colleagues and your tasks may vary to support the success of your team.

Responsibilities
• Participate and/or drive power system and architecture studies
• Perform Pre-Development to investigate new technologies and products for business opportunities
• Maintain and evolve source system requirements to ensure they are up to date to support product development
• Evolve, derive, and create power system requirements to ensure a coherent power architecture
• Extensively collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a modular power architecture and requirements that support that architecture.
• Participate in the power product and system development to ensure the use of right requirements and architecture are use
• Constantly work with improvements and continuous learning
• If needed, support your agile team’s commitment, and take various tasks like product development, supplier collaboration etc.

Qualifications
• BSc or MSc degree or equal through work experience
• Proficiency in English, written and oral
• Ability to works in an efficient and structured way, in an often-complex environment
• Drive, take initiative and are willing to adopt new methods and techniques
• Good communication skills and ability to lead others
• Ability and interest to review standards and requirement databases.
• To enjoy the creative and innovative phase to look for new better solutions, seeking for customer impact.
• Ability to lead and drive yourself to be fully accountable for your tasks and the team’s overall commitments
• To support, mentor and collaborate extensively with your colleagues.
• Embrace the agile way of working in a hardware development context
