Job Responsibilities
As a Power Electronics Solution Engineer, your role will encompass a range of essential tasks that drive our success:
Collaborate closely with our sales team to support the promotion of advanced solutions, spare parts, and service agreements.
Manage bids and quotations, leveraging your technical expertise to communicate product advantages effectively.
Devise, evaluate, and refine technical solutions to address customer challenges.
Engage in technical discussions and meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Contribute to opportunity management, ensuring we capitalize on every chance for growth.
Provide technical support, including commissioning and training for new installations.
Oversee project management aspects, preparing project documentation such as SLD, GA drawings, and technical descriptions.

Background & Skills
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
A degree in electrical automation (Engineer or Technician) is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Knowledge and experience in Electrification, Marine, and/or Heavy Industry are highly valued.
Familiarity with industrial machines and processes is beneficial.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.
Strong independence, service-mindedness, and goal-oriented approach.
Commercial acumen and the ability to establish and nurture relationships.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a drive to achieve customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
