We are now looking for a Power Electronics System Engineer
YOUR TEAM
The Energy Chapter is one of five competence teams inside the E/E Hardware Engineering Tribe.
The overall responsibility of the Tribe is to secure NEVS present and future need for E/E Hardware Competence & Technology within E/E Architecture, Electrical Distribution Systems, Electronics & Electrical Energy Storage. You will be part of a creative and inspiring team that like to take on challenges and find new ways to work and improve. As part of the Chapter Energy, you will work in team Energy with focus of Power Electronics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Have responsibility to develop, integrate and validate Power Electronics (DC/DC, OBC, BDU etc.) system from concept phase to industrialization and implementation in production
- Have responsibility to define & follow up requirements against each subsystem and complete vehicle system
- Be involved in definition of Energy Management functions
- Be part of mechanical integration work to secure interfaces and packaging
- Be part of BOM creation for complete Energy team
- Have ability to lead technical communication with suppliers through the complete product development phase
- Support in material development and handling for prototype builds
- Be part of prototype builds
- Be part of validation and verification against requirements
- Support functional safety engineers in the analysis of the HARA and breakdown of safety goals to safety concept and technical safety requirement
WHO YOU ARE
- Successfully completed studies in Master´s degree within Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Passionate interest in new technologies and concepts with focus of autonomous vehicle
- Experience within electronics/electrical HW design within automotive domain
- Knowledgeable within Agile WoW
- Accustomed to write and speak in English
- Like to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
- Can legally drive vehicle in Sweden
