Role Summary/Purpose
This position is part of Nordic Industrial Solutions Power Equipment team where he / she is responsible from power equipment and critical power project businesses.
Understand and analyze medium and low voltage equipment and UPS specifications and capability to build up a winning strategy and take care that solutions offered meet all required specifications, standards and satisfy customer requirements.
Main metrics: Orders, Margin, pipeline, hit rate.

Essential Responsibilities
1.Follow up local markets investments and project opportunities
2. Analyze regional specifications requirements versus products availability and identify the best fit.
3. Meet design engineers and end customers and make sure IS is specified supplier for selected projects.
4. Translate and communicate strategic high opportunity projects requirements to the quotation team.
5. Drive ownership and together with Quotation team identify project risks, build up winning concept, make proposals and provide on-time quotations with all supporting documentation that meet requirements.
6. Provide technical expertise and guidance for best design, cost-out, and drive strong execution in Commercial closing.
7. Support GE 2 GE initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements
a. LV/MV equipment market knowledge.
b. Experience in engineering, including all aspects of systems and process engineering
c. Working awareness of the equipment standards and CAD tools.
d. Protection & Control systems knowledge would be an additional asset
e. Well aware of specifications of end customers and major consultants
f. Capability to analyze and provide optimized design and build up a winning offering.
g. Able to present the products and systems to end users.



Desired Characteristics
Education:
- Degree in electrical engineering.
- Commercial degree a benefit

Communication;
- Fluent English, Swedish and or Norwegian communication, written and oral. Finnish is a benefit.

Commercial:
- Strong Customer Focus. Speaks the language of the Customer;
- Has a commercial instinct; understands Sales processes and Customer buyindecisions.

Personal Qualities:
- Open minded and willing to learn and develop new ways of successful execution
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers
