To strengthen our Power Grids IS Digital Adoption team, we are looking for an End User Digital Adoption and Experience Specialist. You will be responsible for implementing our global strategy centered around digital training and user adoption and making sure that users get the most out of the tools available. Your responsibilities
Support and drive adoption of Power Grids IS solutions and IT tools; implement measures in accordance with overall strategy and provide targeted consulting services.
Ensure first-class user experience at all levels. Develop productive relationships with stakeholders across the organization to influence how end user experience can be exploited as a new source of value.
Follow applicable governance policy when communicating and engaging with end users and work in close collaboration with Business and other IS teams to understand requirements related to IT tools adoption.
Implement and maintain appropriate training competence. Assist with needs analysis to ensure that all training materials are precisely tailored to audience requirements.
Provide input in respect of IS internal standards, take ownership of end user and train-the-trainer content, and oversee projects, content, and training in support of end user experience and adoption success. 

Your background
Proven track record in managing projects and adoption programs in a cross-functional environment, underpinned by a demonstrable passion for new technology.
Ability to deliver technical and non-technical training to a variety of audiences; knowledge of current training trends, tools, methods, and processes.
Proficiency in the use of Office 365 and good working knowledge of learning technologies, design tools, and web conferencing applications (Windows 10/Mac).
Charismatic personality with the ability to build relationships and establish effective networks.
High degree of flexibility, creativity, and reliability as well as the ability to communicate at all levels and convey IT information and processes in a clear and concise manner.
Strong command of English, including excellent writing and presentation skills.
