Power Platform Developer

This role strengthens Northvolt ETT´s digital, operational and executive competitiveness by enabling data-driven processes, analyses and decision-making. By bringing expertise in Advanced Analytics, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence in combination with great business understanding, this role drives a data-driven approach and enable the development and improvement of operational execution.
We are looking for a dedicated Power Platform Developer to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is part of our passionate IT & Digitalization team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up Northvolt ETT and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
As a Power Platform Developer at Northvolt ETT IT & Digitalization Team, you will aid in the gap regarding creating information from data between technical teams, Digitalization and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with architects, developers, and different stakeholders to create solutions that deliver business value
Support the organization in creating visual representation of KPI’s
Work with Power BI, Power Platform & Microsoft Azure but also include adjacent platforms such as Power Automate
Take part of testing together with business stakeholders
Continuously have contacts with Northvolt ETT Business, leading and facilitating discussions and workshops to gain a deep understanding of business challenges, needs and data and how to translate them into visualisation and insights
You will be working closely with our central IT and Digitalization organizations to aid in implementation of strategy, roadmaps and take part in global analytics projects
Work with IT and ERP team to ensure automation and digitalization of all reporting
Have a varied everyday work life where you work with, among other things, requirements collection, implementation, development and analytics

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
A bachelors degree in IT or other Relevant University Degree
3+ years working experience with Power Platform
Excellent English written and oral skills
Track record of successful BI & Analytics project achievements

Bonus points for:
Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
Experience in other programming languages (Python, Go or similar)
Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
Experience from a multi-cultural environment
