Powertrain Controls, Team Leader

High Vision is a fairly young engineering company offering advanced technical consultants with long experience to the manufacturing industries in the region.

Position description
We need to boost up our team within Powertrain Controls particularly focusing on electric cars and hybrids. We are looking for controls engineers with experience in the development of electric cars and hybrids in the automotive industry. The main task is to lead a team of engineers that drive development of the Powertrain Controls. The role also means that you are responsible for requirements definition and validation of driveline control. You will have close collaboration with the purchasing department other engineering interfaces and suppliers.

Skills & Requirements
- M.Sc. Degree
- Min 10Y work experience with broad expertise in both hardware and software development.
- Communicative English and Swedish both verbal and written.
- Min 5Y experience in project management
- Documented experience from leading others
- Be familiar with the development in the automotive industry
- Experience in the procurement process is an advantage
- Merit having worked with subcontractors in the automotive industry.
- Being able to travel on a frequent basis.
