PR and Communications Manager & Other Stories

& Other Stories is a fashion brand offering women a wide range of shoes, bags, accessories, beauty and ready-to-wear to create their personal style, or story. Our creative ateliers in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles design diversified fashion collections with great attention to detail and quality at an affordable price. We are now looking for an excellent team player with great communication skills to join as PR & Communication Manager in the Stockholm Atelier.

Main Responsibilities:
As a PR & Communications Manager you will effectively implement and manage the PR and brand activities in new and established international markets by working together with the in-house PR team on strategies, content creation, messages & Q&A’s, media monitoring, external PR agency management, events and launches. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Lead, motivate, coach and develop the PR and Communications team
· Set and lead PR and Communications strategy on a global level including media relations, press activities, brand activations, influencer relations.
· Set clear goals and KPIs for PR strategy. Develop, manage and follow up the PR and Communication budget in collaboration with Head of Marketing and Communications.
· Responsible for the local PR and Event agency procurement and relations in Europe, Asia, Middle-East and US. At times together with local PR and Marketing Managers.
· Lead the team on, and equally responsible for, projects, day-to-day media relations, PR-influencers and press activities
· Responsible for driving the PR & Communication agenda towards internal stakeholders.
· Contact with H&M Group Communications department

We believe that you have an understanding of fashion PR and great communicative skills. You are able to find solutions to all situations that occur in a creative environment. As we are a young brand, new working methods are invented and implemented constantly. We also believe that you:
· Have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience within PR & Communications
· Have leadership experience leading PR team at agency and/or inhouse
· Are flexible and able to switch between working on a highly strategic level and hands-on daily operations
· Have a background within fashion or similar
· Used to set, follow up and analyze goals & KPIs
· Used to work in a international setup.
· Fluent English, oral as well as writing, both for internal and external purposes, is a must for this role.

This is a full-time position located at the Stockholm Atelier in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Some travelling might be required for this role.
