The Position
Avalanche Studios Group is looking for a PR & Communications Intern. As a PR & Communications Intern, you will work on a wide range of cross-functional and company-wide activities. You will support the Head of PR & Communication to execute communications plans, liaise with media/influencer contacts, and manage logistics around internal and external events.
We are looking for a focused, detail-oriented person who can multitask efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We believe that you are highly organized and able to work independently while contributing to the team's goals. Clear, concise communication skills are a must-have.
This internship will be for a duration of at least 3 months.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of PR & Communication in the development and execution of internal and external communications activities
- Research information and trends across relevant communications topics
- Assist in general administrative and organizational activities, such as maintenance of intranet and guideline documents, tracking & reporting, and asset management
- Help drive the development and execution of social media strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the preparation of company presentations
- Work closely with other PR and Marketing teams within Avalanche Studios Group
- Liaise with media and influencers
- Help to maintain and extend Avalanche Studios Group brand footprints
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in studies in PR or Communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to prioritize tasks and organize, whilst making decisions under time constraints with a busy workload
- Able to work independently, whilst being a strong team player
- Very good experience with G Suite or Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Avalanche Studios Group’s games
