PR Manager

Public Relations have an increasingly important role in the brand and marketing function of Husqvarna and we are now looking for a PR manager. The PR manager job is a role for someone with 3-5 years of experience in the field, preferably with experience from an agency. The position is part of the Global Brand & Marketing team and reports to the Global Director of PR, Brand Innovation and Social media, and work closely with the digital team, the social media manager and brand managers of the Husqvarna division.
The PR managers is responsible for developing internationally relevant pr-material, press kits and manage and support press events. Thereto the person will support with internal communications.

The ideal candidate should have:
. Outstanding project management skills
. A strong sense of responsibility and ownership
. Great networking skills and ability to collaborate and co-ordinate across functions
. An interest for trad media as well as tech and lifestyle media
. Excellent writing skills (English)
. High level of creativity and pro-activeness
. Hands-on attitude
. Basic skills in photoshop and film editing
. Have a great understanding of media needs (off-line and on-line)
. Ability to handle seasonal peaks
. Be self-motivated and with good problem solving skills
. Have a passion for forestry, park and garden
