PR Manager

Binary Motion (aka Saber Interactive Sweden) is part of Saber Interactive which is a global developer and publisher of a diverse lineup of video games including World War Z, Evil Dead: The Game, SnowRunner and many others to be announced. Saber was established in 2001 and recently acquired by Embracer Group.
Saber is building and bolstering its communications team, and we are looking for a talented and dedicated PR Manager to join our team.
As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our communications department by evaluating and developing PR strategies, planning and coordinating PR efforts, communicating the PR plans to those involved, and building awareness for our games clients.
This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities include:
● Develop and and provide long-term strategy (product and corporate) for a wide range of clients, including, AA titles, indie titles, core/enthusiast titles, and select VR titles
● Serve as client’s day-to-day agency contact and create/manage client schedule
● Develop story angles and conduct expert media relations to place articles, interviews and exclusives in gaming, business, tech and mainstream/consumer outlets
● Coordinate press outreach for major industry conferences worldwide and provide on-site support as needed
● Craft and edit press releases, coverage reports, media briefings and key messages tailored for client needs/goals
● Assist the business development team by providing hands-on feedback and advisement on potential new clients
● Coordinate with external PR teams regularly


The ideal candidate will have:
● 2-3 years’ professional experience in a public relations or management capacity with proven campaign experience
● Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or related discipline
● Incredible organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
● Impeccable interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
● A proactive work ethic to identify and solve problems
● Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
● A passion for videogames and familiarity with the games landscape
