Practice Head (Transformation)

15-20 years of experience in IT initiatives/programs, especially support and Digital transformation
Understanding of financial services business with focus on cash collections/recoveries and Qualco QCR product
Ability to manage and deliver multiple parallel application migration rollouts, with a cross functional team
Strong stakeholder management skills, senior-level reporting and people leadership skills
Experience of program structuring, governance and release roadmap creation
Experience of guiding the project management teams for specific project outcomes along with risk management
Understanding of underlying technology and associated decision making
Working with Product Vendor Teams for product directions/issue resolution etc.
Understanding of modern development processes, such as Agile, Scrum, Safe
Experience of working in Europe market
Ensure smooth assessment and smooth takeover of an ongoing program
Ensure periodic reporting to Customer/Vendor Team on Status/Progress of the Support and Transformation Program.
Identify/Report/Manage the various Program Delivery aspects like Risks/Issues/Assumptions/Dependencies etc.
Drive Governance Meetings and other Customer/Vendor Meetings.
Experience in Handling projects involving data migration, integration
Ability to deal with ambiguity, bring in structure to unstructured setup.
