In Sweden Deloitte’s Finance Performance the team delivers the industry-leading knowledge and cloud-based solutions to help finance professionals manage complexities and provide insights to drive profitability and growth. The team applies digital, cloud, and analytics solutions to drive value across the Finance function.
 
Practitioner
Within Finance Performance you work with digital transformations of the finance function in large companies and organizations. You support the client in handling complex questions, often in connection to technology, and your projects can include the whole journey from defining a strategy to the final implementation.

We are looking for

3-6 years of relevant work experience in Finance Performance


A deep understanding in finance-related processes and a genuine interest for new technologies and how they can be applied and create value for finance


Strong analytical skills and an ambition to find the best solution as well as an ability to communicate and build relationships with different stakeholders


Strong inner drive and a genuine interest to develop both yourself and others


Excellent written and verbal ability in Swedish and English. Any additional language is considered a plus


Senior Practitioner
Within Finance Performance you work with digital transformations of the finance function in large companies and organizations. You support the client in handling complex questions, often in connection to technology, and your projects can include the whole journey from defining a strategy to the final implementation.

We are looking for

7-10 years of relevant work experience in Finance Performance


Extensive knowledge in finance-related processes and a genuine interest for new technologies and how they can be applied and create value for finance


Ambition to develop Deloitte’s services and have an ability to identify new sales opportunities and communicate these effectively to potential and existing clients


Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data and analysis


High trustworthiness and strong relationship skills


Genuine talent and interest for leading colleagues with Deloitte’s values and your team’s strengths in focus


Excellent written and verbal ability in Swedish and English. Any additional language is considered a plus
