We are now seeking a career-driven, ambitious person to work in our global Pre-Sales team.
Work Description
This role will be based in Gothenburg and will be part of the Global Presales team.
The team is part of the commercial organization and support the sales and partner teams in developing opportunities through to close. As the hours are not always a structured 8am to 5pm we do allow some flexibility with work from home etc.
Responsibilities
Support the Presales team by owning the toolkit and content for the various tools and processes used in the RFx and large sales opportunities. This includes but is not limited to Loopio, RFx supporting documents, Trello, discovery documents, country lookup etc.
The role will take the lead for training of presales staff and general sales staff to maximize the use of the tool kit, particularly Loopio.
Assist in the preparation of content and presentation materials for weekly, monthly, strategy sessions.
Be the primary interface for presales to our data security team.
Be able to support sales staff with basic demonstrations and knowledge of compliance needs for countries.
The role encompasses many activities including:
Working with SME’s to maintain data in Loopio, our knowledge database tool
Be Presales lead for data security
Maintain RFx response content
Support Trello, country lookup and other tools used by Presales
Presentation of Pagero services including Pagero Online, invoice audit
Demo of Pagero services including Pagero Online, invoice audit
Working with the presales team to maintain demo accounts basic scripts
Presentation of Pagero’s country/3rd party network compliance process •
Responding to questions from the sales staff via Zendesk
Additional responsibilities:
Training for RFx tools and processes for presales and sales owners
Supporting presales leadership in improving processes that help to make the team efficient and the information we provide accurate and consistent.
Attend regional commercial meetings to fully understand what the strategy and workload is
Keep up to date with new countries and new features.
Use data to identify where processes are not correctly used and organize training/awareness sessions
Required qualifications
Degree or 5 + years pre-sales or equivelent experience with SaaS B2B/P2P/OTC
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
Good general knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
