Pre-Sales Engineer to NetClean Technologies

Pre-Sales Engineer to NetClean Technologies

Arbetsbeskrivning

Come and be part of a leading product company, crafting cutting-edge software to fortify IT environments against the risks from illicit material. If you're driven to make a mark in the cybersecurity realm, read on and be part of our mission.

NetClean is a product company developing unique software that identifies known threats and vulnerabilities overlooked by all other security tools. With the help of our software, our customers can identify, investigate and remediate cyber risks triggered by employees using company assets to access child sexual abuse material.

We work closely with our partners and customers to ensure continued innovation and product improvement. Today, we have a truly international footprint with customers from multinational organizations and the public sector using our products in more than 110 countries and we are now looking to expand further.

The Pre-Sales Engineer at NetClean Technologies is a pivotal role in driving successful sales by combining technical expertise in the NetClean products with a deep understanding of the security landscape. This role involves engaging with potential clients, effectively communicating the features of our products, aligning technical solutions with our partners and their customers’ IT environments, and providing second-line support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with our partners and their clients, understanding how our solutions fit into the security landscape.
• Engage with clients during demos & PoCs, to showcase the features of our products and address any technical challenges.
• Stay updated on the latest product updates to provide up-to-date information to current and potential clients.
• Proactively collect client feedback to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our products.
• Act as a technical liaison between 1st line support and the internal development team, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

For us, it's important that you enjoy being involved in customer interactions and are driven to exceed our customers' expectations. We believe you're adept at listening to the needs and problems our users experience and have the ability to find creative solutions to their challenges. It largely involves applying existing knowledge to new problems and feeling comfortable facing new technical challenges.

We believe you will thrive especially well if you:

• Have strong general IT skills
• Ability to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English
• Have extensive experience in enterprise environments
• Are driven, self-motivated, and enjoy personal growth.
• Proactively initiate improvements and are down-to-earth.
• Have a good sense of humor to brighten up the everyday.
• A passionate interest in IT and sales.
• Align with our values and guiding principles: "Be Brave, Bring Drive, Create Impact."

What we offer:

We offer the advantages of a smaller company, including flexibility, creativity, and streamlined decision-making, while also collaborating with global enterprises in impactful international settings. Here, you'll find a workplace with competent colleagues, a lot of energy, and a daily life characterized by collaboration, humor, and strong commitment. We strive to excel in what we do, to create positive change in the world, and to have fun while doing it. If this resonates with you, we believe you're likely to thrive with us.
