Job Description
- As a solution expert, she/he will undertake all the technical support work, and assists in achieving annual sales budget.
- Based on the rich experience and professional knowledge, build up the technical trust with customers, partners and consultants. Keep the daily connections with technical persons from customers, partners and consultants.
- Continuously gain insights into the data center markets locally, and output systematic and complete market insight reports from the dimensions of customers, integrators, consultants, and competitors.
- Daily work includes but is not limited to:
- Presentation to different customers/partners;
- Understand, explore, and guide customer requirements;
- Make the corresponding proposal (technical solution, quotation) based on the customer's requirements;
- Supporting core partners' daily requirements;
- Pipeline and lead time management;
- Competitive analysis and product GTM.
Qualifications
- At a minimum 3 years of experience in DCF area (Prefabricated Datacenter, Modular Datacenter, UPS, Lithium Battery, Precision air conditioners, etc.).
- Fluent English in reading and writing.
- Excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills; ability to use a wide variety of presentation tools to persuasively communicate complex and high-impact messages to multiple audience levels.
- Strong client influence and negotiation skills; ability to translate technical topics into business terms and project a trustable image.
