PRE-STUDY LEADER ECONOMICS- Stockholm /Remote

Background:
The Group Finance function provides all financial services to the customer, including the parent company and subsidiaries. The current financial system, which is based on a Unit4 Agresso On-Premises installation, will be replaced because it no longer meets the needs of the business.
Tasks:
The project plan for carrying out the feasibility study.
Requirements specification containing the requirements of the business for a new financial system in accordance with the customer's IT strategy. The requirements specification must be included to serve as the foundation for future procurement. The scope / delimitation of other system support within planning, follow-up, and reporting must be specified.
Market overview and analysis of ERP systems that are judged to meet customer needs and requirements in terms of both functional and non-functional requirements.
Proposal for an overall project, including a timeline and resources for the next step (implementation).
Business Case that includes effect goals, benefit and cost calculations for current and future solutions, as well as a project cost estimate for future implementation.
All deliveries within the scope of the assignment are created in collaboration with various business representatives. The project manager is in charge of providing regular status updates to the steering group as well as preparing the associated decision material.
Skill specifications:
Excellent understanding of financial processes and systems
References from a variety of similar assignments
Extensive knowledge of cloud-based and on-premises financial support
University education or its equivalent
Excellent ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish
Had primary responsibility for delivery and reporting to the steering committee and the customer.
Qualification requirements:
At least one assignment entailed organising and leading the implementation of financial assistance in a customer organisation.
Personal characteristics include:
Excellent communication abilities and a consultative approach
Capability to translate strategic focus into implementation.
