Job Summary
Within Tetra Pak’s Next Generation Service team, we are driving a relaunch of Predictive Maintenance and Asset Health Monitoring. In order to re-imagine our flexible, secure, and scalable cloud-based IoT platform we are looking for a Predictive Maintenance Expert.
In this role, you will report to the Predictive Maintenance Manager. The location is ideally in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy but not constrained to.
What you will do
You will focus on different architectural aspects of an advanced industrial Condition Monitoring Solution
You will drive continuous improvement that enables our business to connect to thousands of high-end manufacturing equipment in a secure, scalable and flexible way
You will develop state-of-the-art server-side code for our cloud-based applications
You will contribute to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software solutions for predictive maintenance data preparation, aggregation and filtering
You will contribute to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve AI algorithms for predictive maintenance, condition monitoring and machine health monitoring
You will design and implement highly scalable and robust applications
You will help design and implement API infrastructure solutions, to ensure a vendor-neutral Condition Monitoring architecture and easy integration of Condition Monitoring data in other systems
You will work closely with our global engineers and IT teams to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.
We believe you have
A Bachelor's degree, MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
Experience with maintenance/service technology and/or industrial automation, including connectivity
Experience with data engineering
Experience with distributed computing
Experience with Dashboards and UX/UI (ex: advanced Power BI or similar)
Experience with database internals (SQL & NoSQL), database language theories, database design and database programming
Strong familiarity with statistics and/or specifically time series analysis will be a strong plus, as experience in ML/AI
Familiarity with web development
Previous experience in an agile working environment is highly valuated
Experience with DevOps, Git, Agile, Yaml, Docker, Python, Power BI and data visualization will help you drive the right backend development priorities
You are a natural team player with the ability to work in a multi-organizational environment. You are excited by complex problems, love to learn and have a hands-on mentality. You are a self-motivated person with strong result orientation. You understand the link between technical activities and business implications.
Good communication skills are needed and as the work is conducted in an international environment being comfortable in the English language, written as well as spoken, is required.
