Description of the Assignment:
A customer management system is required by the growth department (for example CRM). Today, the municipality handles a wide range of business-related issues. These are stored in the municipality's Artvise system and distributed to the appropriate department and administrator. The goal is for the administrator to take up the matter and provide feedback to the customer within 48 hours. Following that, the case in Artvise will be closed, and a customer management system will take over.
We require assistance in conducting a feasibility study to determine which system best meets the needs of the Growth Department.
Several municipal companies already have CRM systems, and the municipal group has a number of case management systems. There may be synergies, which should be considered, such as Lime on the municipality's culture page and ServiceNow on the Service Administration.
We also need to determine whether a municipality-wide solution is feasible in order to ensure a cost-effective and high-quality process.
We need assistance with a feasibility study to determine which system best meets the needs of the Growth Department, a system where we can keep a logbook / diary of cases, handle cases, contact information, history, documents and notes, and so on for our contacts with entrepreneurs in the municipality. This information must be entered, shared, and viewed by multiple users. If an employee goes on vacation or quits, a colleague must be able to take over, see the history, and continue working. Several employees, possibly with different permissions, must be able to participate in the same matter. Listening to and making suggestions on how the system can be used by other activities in the municipality is also part of the assignment.

The feasibility study assignment requires you to create a feasibility study report on the current situation as well as an action plan for solutions and activities. The report must include a list of functions that the system must be able to handle in order to achieve the case management goals. Look at which systems meet the functional requirements in the market based on the functions that are considered key functions, and then recommend a system.
Consideration must be given in addition to functional requirements, for example.
