President Business Unit Specialized

Business Unit (BU) Specialized, within Tube Division and belonging to Alleima, is a world leading producer and supplier of specialized tubular products in growing key market segments such as Aerospace, Medical and Hydrogen. Our products are corrosion resistant alloys based on stainless steel, nickel, and titanium.
Our Business Unit is a worldwide organization with four Productions Units around the globe with global Technology and Sales & Marketing teams.

Your Role

As President for Business Unit Specialized you lead your business with a high degree of autonomy. We believe in the power of decentralization and personal accountability. The responsibility spans over long term strategy, business, and product development to operational performance in your production units. The job is to a large extent managing a company within the company and thus stakeholder management is a vital part.
Being a member of the division management team, you also play a key role in setting the short and long-term agenda for the Tube division.
We trust that as a Business Unit President you will:
· Provide leadership, establish strategic direction, and drive operations to reach objectives, with managing key deliverables in which Safety / Sustainability, Quality, Delivery, Efficiency and Budget.
· Be responsible for Business Unit’s P&L and maximize profits through establishing business plan, achieving forecasts and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Responsible for all operations of the BU, including sales, administration, production, product design, support functions, acquisition, and development
· Ensure the organization is compliant with all policies of the Company and enforce all standards set for performance
· Manage, develop, and empower your team members and ensures the BU’s organizational structure is appropriate to support current and future operations
· Maintain professional affiliations and enhance professional growth and development to keep current in latest issues related to industry
The location for this job is flexible within Europe and US and you report to the President of Tube Division. International travel is normally included in your job.
