We are looking for a Pricing administrator to a successful international American company within consumer goods industry. You will be a part of their Nordic Head Office in Stockholm. This assignment starts ASAP and will last for at least six months.



The company

Our client is a world leading actor within the FMCG industry with over 100 000 employees worldwide. They house many well known brands and offer a great opportunity to challenge yourself in a truly global environment.



The task:

Pricing data base clean up + pricelist consolidation project Clean up existing prices from the systems which are no longer valid or needed Mapping out current pricelists to define what can be remove/consolidate define together with the finance function correct price sloping between pricelists across categories
Be in touch within the organization (identify key stakeholders, seek to understand how prices flow)

P rice workflow process project Understand the current PwF (price workflow process) in the Nordic region and determine what is the best way of managing it going forward Map out what business teams are doing and find best practices - or define new process for what is the best way to handle pricing - how do we manage it efficiently and in compliance with rules and regulations



Your background:

University degree in economics of finance. 2-3 years of work experience. Fluency in English required . Excel-skills: handling mass data, managing complex/not perfect data, excellence in basic formulas (vlookup, pivot tables etc.).


Who you are

Works independently within established processes and procedures. Ability to identify how to improve/simplify the established procedures within the project scope. Sourcing data from various internal systems and formatting data into understandable format. Basic level financial understanding . Identifies business needs and simplification opportunities in a diversified environment and meets them by offering assistance and advice. Identifies process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
