Are you ready?

As a part of our "100-more years" strategy we are now looking for our next Pricing Analyst. As a Pricing Analyst you will be working operatively and tactically with pricing on all of our markets. The Pricing office at Clas Ohlson is a young and ambitious Price Office. We are currently working to transform the way Clas Ohlson has historically priced into a fact-based pricing. Among other processes we are identifying our KVIs and KVCs, establishing Competitive Frameworks, creating new models to handle Vendor Costs, working on Demand Forecasting, and deciding about our KPIs.

In addition, we are currently analyzing different pricing solutions where the right candidate will play an important role, not only by helping to choose one but also implementing it. We believe pricing is a strong factor for building price perception, but pricing alone without the right communication has a limited effect, therefore we are also working on new ways to communicate our pricing strategy at all levels, from Group Management to stores and customers.

Who are we looking for?

We believe that you are proactive with strong analytical mindset and skills, and interested in creating and building something new from the ground, that you are a expressive character who likes to work with many internal stakeholders and enjoys communicating the work you and your team delivers.

We see that you:

- Have 1 to 3 years experience from working within the pricing area, data analysis and implementing pricing strategies - If you have background from the retail industry or other B2C-business it is meritorious.
- Are a highly skilled user of Excel and have some experience working with databases and big data sets (if you know some Power Query, SQL, Python or R that is a plus!) and you are used to build and hold presentations (PowerPoint comes in handy).


A bachelor degree connected to either economics, finance, engineering, mathematics or other related field relevant to the area is desirable.

We are working in agile ways of working and project based, so if you have some previous knowledge or experience from Agile framework we consider it a merit.

Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing, and preferably some of other Nordic language is a requirement for this job. If you speak Finnish or have previous experience from the Finnish retail market, we consider that an extra merit.

This job can be based at any of our offices in Sweden (Insjön, Stockholm, Malmö) , Finland (Helsinki) or Norway (Oslo).

If you are a non EU-citizen, we expect you to have a valid work permit for the location you are applying to (Sweden, Finland or Norway).
