The purpose of the role is to support the commercialization of pharmaceuticals by aligning evidence-generation and economic evaluation strategies with pricing, reimbursement, and market-access solutions
Skills Required:

Essential Knowledge and Experience:
Training and/or experience in health economics and/or outcomes would be an advantage.
Minimum Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific Discipline, Advanced Degree Preferred
Key Accountabilities of The Role:
Project execution
Provide high-quality, timely, scientific/strategic solutions to meet client needs.
Conduct and analyse primary and secondary research, which will shape the development of strategic recommendations.
Systematically search for and synthesise disparate qualitative and quantitative evidence, and interpret and summarise meaningfully.
Writing and development of Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions.
Able to gather and assess complicated data sets and qualitative blocks of research. Effectively documents the details of collected information.
Demonstrates an understanding of information resources and applies them effectively to own workstream. Strives to produce project outputs with minimal errors across all deliverables.
Meets the project objectives, with the specified timescales.
Draws insights from own work and begins to understand the client's objectives.
Creates client-ready deliverables with appropriate supervision. Materials communicate key insights and messaging.

Professional conduct at all working levels within a client organization and within Parexel.
Complete basic job-related responsibilities, including timesheets, expense reports, maintenance of CVs, project deliverable archiving, participation in internal initiatives/projects or as a mentor as requested by management.
Time management of assigned work for the upcoming week and beyond. Proactively raise to PMs and resourcing team when work assigned is unmanageable. Manages own deadlines and project activities with all stakeholders.
Good corporate citizenship i.e. 100% compliance with all corporate processes (e.g. timesheet and LMS training).
