Your job
As our new Pricing and Profitability Manager, you work operational and your main focus is on a specific sales area and product line. You're responsible for coordinating, supporting, and managing product- and market pricing, and some of your day-to-day responsibilities cover Net Price Change, Discount Management, Annual Price Revision, Pricing IT development, Profitability Analysis, and currency follow-ups and implementations. You’re also our go-to person when it comes to supporting deal and customer cases - and you work in close collaboration with key stakeholders. This is an excellent chance for an ambitious and goal-oriented person who's always striving forward.
This is a central role in our organization, where you're part of a small yet experienced team based in Sandviken Global travel a few times a year is included in the job.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a background in a similar role, probably as a business controller or business developer. You hold a university degree - preferably with a degree in Finance or Engineering or the equivalent. As we operate in an international setting, you need verbal and written fluency in English.
Your personal qualities are key in this role, characterized by your social confidence and structured business-oriented mind. Understanding the importance of collaboration, you have the ability to switch between different points of view and quickly process others’ perspectives. And while showing excellent communicative skills, you demonstrate verbal simplicity combined with a genuine listener approach, traits helping you create trustful networks and initiative stakeholder management effectively. Leading projects is something you do with ease and as a real problem solver, you enjoy developing processes, constantly searching for more efficient solutions – encourage us to think outside the box!
