Your job
In this position, you contribute in establishing a balanced, competitive and profitable pricing strategy for our product portfolio. You take lead in our price planning process by gathering feedback from our sales areas about the specific market conditions. Other items on your agenda include our price performance management structure, annual revisions and following up on targets, impacts, risks and gaps. You’re also responsible for doing hands on pricing analysis to determine sales and pricing trends, as well as customer behavior to position our pricing.

By combining details with the bigger picture, you actively engage to improve and adapt our pricing work. As our pricing decisions have a large impact, you also support our sales organization to keep alignment with our strategies – making sure they’re up to speed when it comes to relevant market pricing needs, processes and discounts. Great collaboration is central, and by regularly connecting with your key stakeholders, you help us drive success with both short and long-term results.

The location is flexible with a preference for our production site in Svedala – a short commute from cities like Malmö, Lund and Ystad, and with our facilities located just across from the train station. Global travel is normally included.

Your background and personality
We’re looking for someone with a broad pricing background, a successful pricing track record, and at least seven years of working in the field. You may also come from a commercially oriented business development role within finance, marketing or legal. However, it’s your business acumen in combination with your analytical abilities that’ll make you successful in this role.

You know how to drive a well-composed pricing strategy and pricing policies, as well as balancing profitability with competitiveness in the market. Being great at stakeholder management, you discuss options, look at things from different perspectives, influence people around you and create trusting networks. Your driven attitude help you push forward, and you challenge us to constantly improve.

We also see that you need:
A relevant academic degree, perhaps within Finance, Business Admin, Marketing or similar
Experience from Office 365, pricing software and analytical tools (we use PricePoint, QlikView and Power BI)
Great communication and presentation skills in English
