The greentech industry is booming and our shot at fixing the planet is now so speed, scalability and growth is paramount. As you may have guessed we are in a heavy growth- and expansion phase and we continuously need to challenge, rethink and possibly redesign our pricing strategy. In short - we need a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Lead.

The role
As Pricing & Commercial Excellence Lead at Svea Solar you will play an important role in our journey towards a sustainable future. You will be a part of the global sales & commercial team and support our countries with pricing & commercial excellence initiatives. As one of the largest solar providers in the B2C-segment your focus should lie within the offering of our B2C-portfolio.
In detail:
- Manage & develop the pricing strategy and structure
- Facilitate data gathering, cost calculations and margin estimates for our products and offering
- Lead our price decision forums, provide analysis and insights to our managing directors
- Brigde and facilitate needs/requests for improvements to the IT-department and our digital pricing tool
- Improve our customer and competitor insights on our pricing and offering
- Support and develop our USPs from our products
- Drive and establish sales ROI analysis on our different sales channels and products
- Project lead other commercial improvement initiatives from our global commercial department and ensure seamless implementation in our local markets
- Effectively collaborate and communicate across departments including but not limited to sales, marketing, product, support, supply, and delivery
Your success is measured by:
- The overall profit of our business
- Sales volume
- Price levels
- Conversion rate, customer acquisition cost & other sales cost/efficiency metrics
Who you are

We believe you come from a start-up/scale-up environment, analytical commercial position, or management consulting. You have most likely worked cross-functional within your previous roles. You are a go-getter that doesn’t settle for “ok” and you will always strive to be better than yesterday.
Feel free to challenge us but we’ll fine comb your resume to find things like:
- Master’s Degree within Business Administration or Engineering
- +3 years' experience of working with management consulting, commercial oriented product management, commercial excellence or similar roles
- Experience in analyzing data, trends and client information to identify product and revenue growth opportunities
- Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
- Deep understanding of delivery skills, methods and tools
- Data driven & analytical with great communication skills
- Experience working with salesforce, other CRM systems & Business Intelligence systems
- Fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement
