Pricing Manager Consumer Nordic

In this role you will:
· Drives the implementation of the EMEA Pricing strategy and Value proposition into Nordics and organization. Coordinates, manages and ensures integrated pricing waterfalls & channel value proposition in Nordics hub markets based on Go-To-Market route and ensure alignment with positioning of panEU accounts - in particular in wholesale - to deliver on the EBIT target commitment in Nordics hub."
· Leads Nordics hub pricing team and coordinates pricing activities in the countries across different geographies ensuring maximum alignment on the pricing strategy across EMEA.
· Builds and retains pricing expertise and talent in Nordics Pricing Team.
· Acts as a business partner to Nordics hub Leadership team pro-actively looking for business opportunities in Pricing and Revenue Management.
· Drives the pricing focus to sell-out and install that change in Nordics hub
· Develop trade terms for Nordics hub and the channels present in those markets and ensure alignment of pricing conditions and terms with other hubs.
Experience
At least 15 years of experience with at least 7 years within pricing
Working for a multinational business, and have combination of regional and country experience
Strong business acumen and understanding
Manages a team, physically and virtually, and managed complex multifunctional tasks
Strong ownership of numbers and delivering results e.g. budget responsibility, delivering major projects on time et.
Experience in commercial functions (Sales and/or Marketing
Experience in the tire and/or auto aftermarket
