About the job

Securing the pricing logic is a strategic focus area and a key factor to enable profitable growth in our service business. As pricing manager for BU GPHE Service you are responsible for the development and implementation of our pricing logic. You will work closely with a network of pricing colleagues both in central Business Unit and in the sales companies.

You will be the expert in the pricing logic for the service ranges of products, and work closely with other pricing roles within the Alfa Laval organization.

Key Tasks:
* Own the development of the pricing logic for GPHE Service
* Secure implementation of pricing logic and discounts in sales tools used by sales companies
* Communicate and align on pricing performance and identify improvement opportunities together with sales companies
* Be the natural counterpart for stakeholders in Sales Companies and Business Units regarding pricing of GPHE service

Who You Are

We are looking for a person with a commercial mindset who enjoys both detailed analysis and can articulate a long-term vision. To be successful, you need to have an analytical and structured mind-set and at the same time be able to comfortably interact and communicate with different stakeholders. Working in and mastering different systems feel natural for you.

What You Know

You have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and you can quickly build fruitful relations and use your influencing skills in a good way.
Regarding your educational background we see you have University degree, or equivalent, in Engineering or Finance.

Previous experience in pricing from a global industrial company is considered a strong merit.

Practicalities:

You will be part of the Sales Development Parts team in BU GHPE.

The position is based in Lund, Sweden and you will report to David Mellby - Global Sales & Technology Manager. International travel required is estimated to be 20-30 days per year.
