Are you an experienced Pricing Manager who is interested in developing and managing pricing at Vattenfall Sales Nordic?
The main responsibility for the Pricing Manager is to manage the pricing process towards the Consumer Sales organization. Your overall mission is to constantly balance between sales and gross-margins via pricing and discounting as well as working towards sustainable and profitable business on a long-term.

About the position
As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing pricing of electricity towards the Swedish B2C market. You will own, develop and manage the pricing strategy as well as manage and execute the operational pricing. You will analytically and effectively balance gross margin and sales/churn where optimizing profitability by customer pricing is your priority. You will follow-up and analyze the gross margin and profitability together with movements on customer base.
You will belong to the Commodities Retail department, but also be part of an agile proposition team located within the Consumer Sales organization. You will be reporting to the Head of Commodities Retail.

Your profile
The ideal candidate has a degree within Business Administration, Science, Finance or equivalent. You have documented experience within the field of pricing. If not within electricity, desired industries would be bank, insurance, airlines, hospitality, telecom or similar. Furthermore, you are analytical with the ability to take initiative where you see opportunities. You are fluent in Swedish and in English as Vattenfall is an international company.

• Experience from pricing
• Experience from the electricity market is an advantage, but not required
• Analytical mindset and skills
• Customer focused and business minded
• Able to take initiative, action and to deliver
• Structured, able to plan and execute work efficiently to deliver results
• Strong communication skills and a true team player

Manages risks associated with electricity sales and handle the physical power purchase and balance management.
