Our mission – To lead and execute pricing and profitability strategies and activities
Within the department, our main areas of responsibility are Commercial Profitability Management, Global Price Positioning, Product Pricing and Profitability Strategies, Strategic Customer Pricing and International Price Planning. You’re responsible for leading and developing the market aspects of Pricing & Profitability Management. This is a key role as we have a large (and growing) portfolio of brands present in many different segments and markets in constantly changing environment. Together with the rest of the team, you’re the bridge between our different SMS brands – coordinating activities and decisions within this area.
Your character – A team player with integrity
To bring what we're looking for, you have a degree in a relevant field and documented experience from a leading position – preferably within strategic marketing, product management, sales or pricing and profitability management. Experience from multi-brand operations or project management is beneficial, and as we operate in a global setting, your communication skills in English are excellent, while skills in Swedish are advantageous.
As a person, you enjoy working in teams and are excellent in developing and nursing good relationships, and you manage and coordinate quality collaborations with a positive spirit. You’re comfortable working at all levels of an international organization and to successfully interact with senior management teams. You act with integrity, inspire confidence in others and show great communication skills. Leading people is a natural part of your personality, and you’re comfortable driving change and development. You also understand the complexity of successful business development and the driving forces behind it.
