Pricing Strategist

Would you like to work as Pricing Strategist for one of the most successful industrial companies in the world?Managing Pricing and Profitability in a very focused and professional way is fundamental to our continued success and we are now looking to strengthen our team.The following are some examples of issues you will deal with on a global basis: - The overall pricing strategy.- Pricing and profitability levels for new product introductions.- Pricing and profitability levels for the complete existing product assortment.- Customer pricing, including price agreements.- Price harmonization between regions, markets, products and customers.The above is managed through close cooperation with our sales organization, product management, marketing and several other stake holders.Improvements of the above are to a substantial degree managed through projects with cross national participation and these projects in most cases have global or regional consequences on our business. Your profile The right candidates should have the following profile: - A university degree in engineering, marketing or finance.- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.- Knowledge of, or interest in learning, the business in depth.- Be an excellent team player and communicator.- Be analytical, creative and proficient with computers.- Be fluent in English, other languages a plus.
