Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Principal Account Manager with expertise and knowledge within hydraulics / mechatronics – and preferable electromobility.
You will be responsible for our OEM customers in the off-highway vehicle and automotive industry in Sweden.

Ideally, you will be located in Sweden, Denmark or Northern part of Germany.
Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage and develop sales at our customers in the off-highway vehicle and automotive industry in Sweden.
Identify and drive new business opportunities – bringing value to our customers via smarter and energy efficient products and systems.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with our customers acting as the primary sales representative for Danfoss Power Solutions.
Facilitate customer requests and projects – defining actions and deliverables aligned and together with sales- and business unit teams.
Comprehend and discuss technical and commercial aspects – based on in-depth understanding of the customer’s applications, strategy and needs.

Background & Skills

In order to be successful, we expect you to possess a diploma/master’s degree in hydraulic, mechanical or electrical engineering or an equivalent level of working experience in the mechanical, hydraulic or the electronic industry. Additionally, we are looking for:

3-5 years sales/system sales experience, in the hydraulics-, mechatronics- and/or electro mobility industry;
A proven track record as Account Management with successful sales development skills and experience;
Ability to communicate and actively build networks within and outside Danfoss Power Solutions;
A pro-active and self-driven attitude and ability to manage and collaborate in a cross-border environment;
Fluent English in writing and speech
Willingness to travel within the country and abroad if needed
