Principal Business Analyst

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.


Requirement:
Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions
Work closely with Domain Teams to ensure requirements are refined to the needed degree
Ensure that the solution developed complies with given architecture guidelines, specifications, security, quality and business partner requirements
Document and monitor requirements fulfilment during one-time deliveries
Contribute to improve WoW related to the requirement management process Who are you? Key responsibilities:
University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
Documented experience as Business Analyst/Solution Engineer/System Analyst
Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
Documented experience from developing IT applications
Domain knowledge within Automotive/Telecom/Connectivity is needed
Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the requirement management process
Product development and leadership skills are preferred
Fluent in English, written and spoken
