Who are we?
As part of the Basic Support Services ART we develop, configure and instantiate our SW platforms Volvo Autosar Platform (VAP) based on classic AUTOSAR, adaptive AUTOSAR and Hypervisor technologies. Adding to that we also ensure that both the SW platform and application can be integrated smoothly and automatically to create the final deployable artefacts. We are taking a cradle to the grave product ownership and thus engage in research activities, production deliveries, external collaboration activities, maintenance and everything in-between.
Who are you?
A person passionate about embedded systems and specifically software
Capable to analyze and apply knowledge on not fully given frames. The product and procedures are given; however, the work requires experience and the capacity to perform analysis and draw conclusions from thousands of puzzle pieces in complex embedded system solution
Eager to take operational responsibility in the day-to-day work and not hesitating to collaborate to get things done
You have very good programming skills in C and C++ in embedded environment and "hands-on" experience working with complex embedded software solution/design
Interested in automation, CI and CD
Service mindset to provide a help in building a concrete code level plan and activities to fulfil functional safety requirements
Learning on the job should come natural for you as not all answers nor solutions are defined today

Qualifications
Good education in Software Engineering, Computer engineering, Electrical engineering or equivalent. Excellent hands on experience working with CPU, ASICs, Chips, SPI, microsecond Bus, SENT, CAN, Ethernet and UDP/TCP-IP
5+ years of working with real-time embedded systems
Good experience with CI environment, GIT, Jenkins
You have hands on experience with ISO26262
Experience with Classic/Adaptive AUTOSAR and related toolchains
Linux device drivers development experience is merited
