Strengthen excellence in testing technologies in the world’s largest high voltage laboratory
Do you have some years’ experience from a testing environment as well as a solid technical background? Are you keen on being a part of further strengthening our world leading test procedures and equipment? Then we might have the right job for you! In this role you will not only be the expert within high-voltage cables testing but also our visionary in future testing technologies.
Drive NKT´s global testing development and ensure our future excellence
In our test labs - the largest AC & DC electrical test labs in northern Europe – you will be the senior advisor in testing technology. As the Senior Test Expert you will support our engineers with test expertise and drive our global testing development and implementation. At NKT, HSE is of highest priority and you will be the adviser in test safety questions as well as executing electrical and mechanical safety- and legal implementations. 
Your primary tasks will be: 
•    Give guidance and assistance to all NKT’s global testing businesses
•    Ensure and support NKT’s competency in SAT (Site Acceptance Test) technologies
•    Ensure NKT’s competency in testing technologies
•    Assure continuous improvement in testing quality and testing-technology productivity
•    Ensure NKT’s testing-technology assets and investments
•    Actively follow and take lead in international development in testing technologies
•    Hands-on assistance for complex tests at all NKT’s sites.
You will be a part of a highly skilled team based in Karlskrona. Here you will be the test expert who – together with your colleagues in Karlskrona – supports Karlskrona but also other test missions around Europe. We are a part of an international organization with colleagues in Karlskrona, Cologne, Alingsås and our research team in Västerås. Externally we participate in multiple working groups as members in Cigré and other similar committees.
Innovative test expert 
We are looking for a highly skilled expert who can, together with the rest of the team drive execution with a strong engineering focus. Your innovative and creative personality exploits in this role and is indeed a success factor. You thrive in a role with high level of collaboration – both internally and externally - and your strong communication skills is characterized by adaptiveness and clarity.
Additionally, your CV comprises: 
•    MSc in electrical engineering or related majors. PhD is mertiting
•    a couple of years of experience from testing enviroment
•    Fluency in spoken and written English
