Principal Group Manager

As the Principal Group Manager, you are responsible for ensuring our projects teams have the best possible conditions for executing and delivering successfully. You ensure the teams have confidence and can autonomously deliver on their commitments which are aligned to our overarching vision. You provide leadership to the teams, track the development, partner with our teams to mitigates risks, and set the best way of working. You are a key member of the Management team and Leadership. Your success is when our teams feel your support, mentorship, and consequently that the teams deliver successfully.

Build capabilities and systems that promote production excellence.
Help the Stockholm team deliver on what they commit to – part of that is committing to the right set of work.
Create adequate channels of communication between Redmond and Stockholm teams to bridge, ensure consistency and transparency.
Accountable for tracking and updating the overall portfolio plan and roadmaps for the development teams
Accountable for monthly executive reports
Establish and implement a clear decision-making framework together with our teams, communicate the framework to development teams and ensure that members follow the structure
Responsible ensuring roles and responsibilities are defined with clear development path
In partnership with Stockholm Management, develop a strategy & vision that supports the long-term business plan
Partnering to prioritize projects, deliverables in accordance to the portfolio plan
Responsible for the set-up of project tools required for the team to succeed.
Lead teams towards a common goal and vision
Support and assist between all departments as required.
Responsible for building a results-oriented and flexible team that is responsible for all production
Act as a point of contact and liaison between teams in Stockholm and Redmond
