Principal .NET Developer

Do you have 5+ years of experience with .NET development? Would you like to work with one of Infor’s new products within Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?
We are looking for a Principal .NET developer to join one of our great development teams consisting of 11 team members.
In this position you will assist with design, development, maintenance, and testing on new and existing features. Communicate and contribute with team members in scrum meetings and design sessions. In addition, you will be mentoring Associate Software Engineers on best practices through pair programming and code reviews.
You will be based in Sweden collaborating with the rest of the team that are based in the US. We are open for a candidate to be based anywhere in Sweden and if you are not based near any of our offices, there is possibility to work as a home worker.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Work with business analysts to translate requirements into concrete development tasks.
Write clean and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and is supported by documentation.
Mentor associate engineers on best practices through pair programming and code reviews.



What You Will Need:
Extremely proficient working with .NET platform and tooling
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of modern-day best practices with respect to clean code, testing, and design patterns
Several years’ experience working with .NET Core, .NET Framework using C#
Proficiency working with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and testing
Experience working with OAuth 2.0 and various grant types
Unit and automated testing experience
Passion for learning and excellent communication skills



What Will Put You Ahead?
Qualifying (but not required) with experience from any of the following:
Some experience working with Windows Services
Knowledge of Windows Workflow Foundation
Basic familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and terminology
Experience with Docker and AWS services
