What you’ll do
Network with other functions within Bioprocess R&D, internal stakeholders, customers and with external partners to identify and prioritize measurement needs for process intensification/PAT.
Actively work to identify and promote new business opportunities for Cytiva cross-functionally including but not limited to sensor technology evaluations and implementation.
Build and maintain an external network including biopharmaceutical companies, and initiate and lead external collaborations with customers and technology providers.
Build and maintain good knowledge of competitors and competing products/technologies.
Coordinate Research activities within assigned domain of expertise
Work closely with the section Sensors and Process Control.
Who you are
PhD/EngD in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Bioengineering or equivalent area.
At least 10 years experience of industrial development/R&D with a strong application understanding of biopharmaceutical process development and manufacturing and PAT.
Strong communication skills and executive presence, ability to represent Cytiva R&D in technical and strategical discussions.
English as working language, preferably also fluent in Swedish.
