Job Description


To join our Future Cities and Mobility team at AFRY Management Consulting, we are looking for a
Principal / Senior Principal for Smart Real Estate

Your tasks:
Work with real estate developers, facility management companies, energy service companies, investors, and regulators on projects for making infrastructure and building more sustainable
Lead teams to prepare proposals for customers, present, and win projects
Manage delivery of complex projects and lead workstreams comprising consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts
Assess market potential in the Future Cities and Mobility domain
Develop new portfolio elements, identify, and approach new customers, and thus develop our Future Cities and Mobility business
Grow customer relationships and a professional network within AFRY group
Support growth of the team and coach our consultants
Create thought leadership material, present at conferences, post content on social media


Your Profile:
Experience in Smart Real Estate, and good understanding about the complete value chain from investing, planning, construction, to operations, and redevelopment of private and public infrastructure and buildings
Experience in smart buildings, smart infrastructure, energy efficiency, and related areas
Interest in using your existing networks, knowledge, and sector understanding to enhance our footprint in this fast-growing market
Track record of outstanding achievements
At least 8 years of working experience in either Consulting, Real Estate or Technical Services industries
Passion for strategic thinking and data-driven analysis
Proficient in English and Swedish language
Excellent communication skills, intercultural mindset and team spirit is particularly welcome
Empathy, reliability and a good sense of humor complete your profile
