We are growing and are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer with drive and a passion for creating outstanding solutions! You will join a team that has a true agile approach, innovation mindset, fast pace and where you have opportunity to make an impact and to act as Tech lead. What you will do
Work in a multicultural agile team with dedicated passionate colleagues to develop and architect digital products using the latest technology and techniques. We put a lot of emphasis on continuous learning, innovation and expect you to actively contribute. You will be part of our Strategy team, driving technology evolution, staying on top of the latest engineering trends and practices and bring them back to the team when appropriate.

You will bring
A BSc/MSc level in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge
Minimum 8+ years of work experience, with 5+ years in a tech lead role
Passion to learn about and experiment with relevant tech platforms and software stacks. Examples include Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, JavaScript, .NET Core, Java. You likely want to add to this list, and you can explain why to other developers.
You have outstanding communication skills and ability to articulate a clear technical vision
You have demonstrated impact in your career by championing engineering principles like SOLID, TDD, DDD, etc.
Experience with technical architecture standards, security and frameworks
Experience in working in agile teams, collaborating with other teams and subject areas to deliver software from MVP phase to full scale
Demonstrated ability of influencing an engineering organization
You have a passion for coaching others to grow their technology career and sharing good practices with more junior engineers.

Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
