Principle Business Systems Engineer

In this position you manages all aspects of diverse projects which require technical knowledge and expertise. Uses project management tools including DBS ( IT/Engineering/Scientific). Leads, coordinates and/or facilitates cross functional technical teams with direct and dotted line reporting to achieve project goals in support of the company’s goals and annual operating plan. Tracks, communicates and reports on the issues and status updates for projects.
You will be responsible for:
Translating business requirements and designing technical solutions in collaboration with IT
Harmonizing existing regional processes into scalable global solutions
Working closely with MES and IT teams on global deployment and SAP integration of MES systems
Advising on SAP supply network architecture in support of manufacturing, distribution and service planning
Providing supply chain leadership to support Cepheid's supply chain and customer experience digitization efforts

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Providing strategic insight into scalable solutions aligned with business goals in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment
Leading complete system implementations of both quick-iteration applications and large-scale initiatives, on-time and within budget
Understanding busines processes and how they map to core SAP processes
Process impact identification on data integrity and related mitigation efforts in support of KPI’s used in daily management and executive dashboards
3PL integration and transactional standardization
Collaborating with both business SME’s and IT to build technical solutions that drive business outcomes
Conducting relevant, data driven, professional presentations to leadership with concise recommendations
