Job Description
Are you an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong eye for timeless and qualitative H&M HOME products? ´Do you get excited by fast pace, unexplored grounds and endless possibilities? Do you want to be a part of a creative and dynamic team? We are looking for a driven and creative Print Designer to our Live Textiles & Live Deco assortment team. This is a 1 year temporary contract located at our head office in Stockholm starting mid May 2022.
The role
The department is looking for an experienced Print/Graphic Designer, who will be responsible for driving the overall developing of, as well as creating commercial interior trend led Home print collections with a strong focus on textile prints. You are responsible for identifying the upcoming print interior trends for our target customer. The products include cushion covers, curtains, rugs, blankets and more. The products include textiles for the living room and deco items.
You share our passion for interior and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit with strong drive and good interpersonal skills. You are motivated by working at a fast pace in a friendly team environment.
You collaborate with other teams and functions in the organization and bring your wide and extensive experience from working on many projects and ability to handle various stake holders simultaneously. You collaborate with the assortment teams.
You will work on many print projects simultaneously and are used to do so without loosing speed. This requires high energy and flexibility, strong independent drive, creativity and a constant curious learning mindset.

Qualifications
You have min 2-3 years Fashion Textile/Print and/or Interior print Designer work experience from commercial interior fashion brand/s
High competence in creating typography/graphic text prints is required
Experience of creating placement prints as well as all over/repeat prints
Strong knowledge of different print techniques, general print technicalities and processes
Knowledgeable in textiles and hard goods materials
Preferably first hand experience from production/global print suppliers
Excellent illustration and drawing skills
Genuine and high level fashion forward sense for global interior print trends
Strong eye for colors, shape in connection to products
Solid and fast skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs
Strong communication skills and flexible approach
An experienced leader who thrives as a team player and brings diverse and global perspectives
You are used to a fast-paced ever-changing work environment working in an organized, structured manner
Fluent in English (Swedish is not necessary)

Starting date is mid May 2022 and you will report to the section head of the department.
