We now seek Privacy Enablement Manager across security domains that can help us build the future of a digital IKEA. Our ethos is security and privacy by design. We expect security and privacy to be a built-in quality aspect, not a bolted-on property.

What you bring to the table:
•Wide experience of business uses and handling of personal and private data
•Deep knowledge and experience of Privacy risk and control domains
•Extensive knowledge and experience of Privacy technical and process controls design, implementation, and effectiveness
•Extensiveknowledge of global Privacy laws, regulations, and standards
•Deep knowledge and experience of Cyber Security and Privacy threat and control trends
•Knowledge and experience of software development and operations techniques and practices, especially Agile and DevOps
•Knowledge of Digital Technology across all technology capability areas
•Thorough knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people
Background
•Proven experience in the Privacy field, including design of Privacy-compliant systems and processes, in a large corporate environment, for at least 8years
•Extensive experience of working with relevant law or regulation regarding privacy
•Experience of managing a cyber security or privacy team responsible for authoritative advice, requirements definition and solutions design
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
•Extensive experience of formal methods of assessing risks (including privacy)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
You will be joining the Cyber Engineering Team for one of our domains.
Our responsibility is to enable and support our engineering teams to systematically work with security and privacy, by operationalizing the IKEA strategy for Security & Privacy By Design. We support the engineering teams by translating security and privacy findings into actionable risks ´to make informed and conscious decisions.
As a Privacy Enablement Manager, you will also be expected to take on a bigger role in the team, by helping to train and guide the younger members, and act as project manager for the team members in bigger development projects which involves the Cyber Domain.

Your internal title in the organization will be Senior Cyber Engineer. This position is placed in Malmö. The selection process will take place continuously.
